Billy Green

Billy is our Kitchen Manager/Chef; he is originally from Myrtle Beach, SC and started his culinary career in the Panama City Beach, FL area.

Billy has over 17 years of culinary background having worked as a Cook, Sous-Chef, and Head Chef at various restaurants in resort areas such as, the Breakers, the Panama City Brewery and the High Point Resort.

He worked under Award Winning Executive Chef Debbie Warren Cook, a Culinary Institute of America graduate, where he learned all the basics of fine dining cookery and kitchen administration techniques.

Billy won the Best Beef Entrée Category at the Culinary Classic competition in Panama City Beach in 1999.

Billy moved with his family to the Little Rock area and became the Chef at the Wild Oats Natural Market. We were able to entice him to join us in August of 2007.

Billy, Ashley and their new addition Aiden live in Judsonia, where Billy has a complete recording Studio, which is another one of his passions.
