Miguel is our General Manager, he has spent his entire professional career in the Hospitality Industry. His work experiences have taken him to all corners of the world opening hotels for Marriott and Radisson in Aruba, London, Paris, Jeddah in Saudi Arabia, Moscow, Russia and in several states in the USA. His latest opening was the Ameristar Hotel & Casino in St. Louis, MO.
He also has extensive experience in Country Club management having been in charge of all the F&B operations for several years for the Shell Houston Open PGA Tournament when it was based at the Woodlands Country Club. He also developed the Bentwater Yacht & Country Club in Conroe, TX into a Four Star facility
Miguel was brought to Arkansas by the Capital Hotel to assist in the remodeling, when the Capital Hotel had to close due to the extensive nature of the renovations, he became available to us and we are proud to have him.
Miguel has been a Vice-Conseiller Culinaire since 1988 for the Chaine des Rotisseurs, the largest and most prestigious culinary association in the world. His monthly Wine Dinners at the Searcy Country Club are becoming legendary and immensely enjoyed by the membership.
