November 2009 Newsletter

October 25th 2009

Good day to all,

It is time to take the sweaters and the coats, the cold weather is here, and for what the “experts” are claiming it looks like it will be a long, cold, hard winter. However there is much joy also coming up; it is Holiday time! Time to spend with family and friends and rejoice on all the good things that we have that sometimes we do not appreciate or take for granted. We are fortunate to live in a great community and enjoy many spiritual and material blessings.

November will bring us Thanksgiving, we are celebrating the Holiday on Sunday the 22nd with a full fledged Brunch, on Wednesday the 25th with a Lunch Buffet and throughout the month we will have thanksgiving to go, where you can order your Turkey with or without all the trimmings for you to take home and share with family and friends without the fuss and bother of slaving away in the kitchen for days, enjoy the Holiday and leave the cooking to us!

Tino will continue to enhance our Friday dinners twice during the month, on the 6th and the 20th, Tino has become a favorite and his music continues to be well received and enjoyed by all.

On Saturday November the 14th we will have another Member’s Appreciation Buffet, the last one with the Arkansas theme was so well received and we had so many compliments that we are going to repeat it, and of course Jason will delight us with his soothing guitar playing.

The General Manager’s reception will take place on Saturday November 21st; it is a great opportunity to ask questions concerning your club and the direction in which we are heading.

At the last reception, some of you wanted to know the names of the members of the Board, here they are:

Mike Hart, President, Paul Petty, Vice-President, Angie Stevens, Secretary and the Directors; Wayne Weaver, Kelly Van Hook, Trey Lindsey and Bob Young.

The Club will be closed on Thursday the 26th, in order for our employees to spend the Holidays with their families; a schedule of Holiday hours is in the newsletter.

That is all for today, have a great Holiday and please support your Club!

Thanks!

Miguel A. Espina
